Now, I'm a HUGE Gravitation fan......BUT, there are people out there that just don't know the fucking difference between a YAOI and a SHONEN-AI

Gravitation, is NOT A YAOI. It is considered to be a Shonen-ai, even if the term is out-dated and hardly used in Japan anymore.

Yaoi is basically porn with a sad excuse of a plot.
Shonen-Ai is more PG-13, and is cutesy, or doesn't show EVERYTHING.

I am so sick and tired of people calling it a Yaoi.

On a somewhat random note:
I also would like to find a goddamn Eiri Yuki cosplayer
that is NOT a freakin' girl.

Now, don't get me wrong, some chicks can actually pull it off, but most of the time....
this is not the case

Seriously, don't any of the pretty boys feel like dressing up as a fictional novelist?

Same thing goes for Shuichi, but Shuichi is such a girl, it hardly matters.
I just, would like to see a brilliant cosplayer take on the role of Eiri Yuki.

The reason I care so much:
I've been nicknamed after Yuki for years now, because of an ex actually. And people still call me by that nickname, especially my ex who I nicknamed Shuichi (This was several years ago, back when we started dating, the nicknames just got stuck to us).
This manga (I hated the anime) brought us together, and It's always had a special place in my heart. We pretty much had the same kind of relationship, I'm the cynical, cold-hearted bitch, with the soft spot for her lover. And she was the cute, squeaky one, that was always there when I needed her. The only difference was........we were both girls haha. She's special to me, and so is this manga. That's why I hate it when annoying n00bs butcher the story with idiotic fan-fictions. Or when crappy fan-art is made.....I know it sounds mean, and a bit dramatic, but this story literally gave me the best years of my life.

It will always be important to me, and I will always be Eiri "Yuki" Uesugi.
